Some days, it seems like yesterday that Randy passed and some days it seems like forever. Today, I celebrate the one year anniversary in our favorite place - Maui. It has been a difficult day, but it is the last of the "firsts" that the children and I will have to mark. Although I miss him everyday, I am trying to move forward because Randy would expect nothing less.

In this, my last post, I want to thank all of you who have carried me through this year. At times, I am lonely, but never alone. Thank you for all of the dinner invitations, cards, phone calls and prayers.

Randy had a strong faith in his creator and he passed that on to Pat, Katie, Carrie and me. He taught me what following in Jesus' footsteps really means. God has blessed me with a peace that enables me to keep going forward.
